Sneak Peak

Ty had a visit with his Dr. today.

 Above are the stitches on his forearm where they took skin for the graft.

Here you can see the middle finger where the skin graft was placed after they took the flap off to attach it to the ring finger.

The weird part - Ty can touch the underside of his ring finger and feel it on top of his middle finger. The Dr. said that the sensation most likely will stop once the fingers are disconnected. Because there are hair follicles on top of his finger, he may likely grow hair on his ring finger (palm side) now. hee hee. I don't know why I find that funny, but I do.

He has surgery to separate the fingers on Jan. 21st.
