It's cold in Amarillo

Ty reported that the weather there has been down to 17. He also said that the wind blows a lot. Burrrr! Last week he told me it was up to 65, so I guess they are having the same cold snap we are here in Utah.

They are teaching...

Nono (black girl, Ty loves her name)
Adam (6'5" 375lbs.)
and a few others he didn't name.

He shared this neat experience...

"We went out and saw this lady getting all this stuff out of her car. We offered to help but she said no. Something was wrong we could tell... so we said can we share our message with you and immediately she said, "Ya, i guess." She said she never went to church or anything and she was amazed that we found her. She was like, "God works in weird ways." We were like ok. We didn't really know what was going on. So we started teaching her. It turns out her fiance died like three hours before we met her. We were shocked and we knew god helped us find her..... it was cool."

He said a member took them out to eat...

"We went to a Japanese steak house called Kabukis. It is way expensive. You eat on a big boat and stuff. They have thunder and rain and lighting shows every 30 minutes. It was sweet and the best part is that they cooked the food in front of you. It was so tight!!"

Ty sent us a memory card with some photos. I thought I would share some...
